Ok.. maybe not so dramatic as such...but last night I decided within a couple of minutes what I am going to strive to do for the next so long...

It will of course mean there'll be less chance of artwork being done any time soon (though the beach pick is still in process) but it will mean that; if all goes well, there'll be more pictures to be sumitted in the near future.

Right now I'm still a little bit dubious about it.. so it may just be a short boost of inspiration... but for now... I'm going to just go with it...


What is it? you may be asking.. let's just say it's something I abandoned a long time ago.



Happy Bonfire night (shame I can't attend one )

Right, now I have your attention;

I know the beach season is long over, but had I had this idea a good few months ago I would have happily done it then; but thereyou go


The basic idea is:

. I am drawing a beach setting with as many characters as I can cram into it (preferably sonic-fan-based, but can be flexable when nessesery.) and I would like anyone who doesn't mind a bit of a laugh to lend me their chara's so they can hit the beach in their own unique way


I have drawn the BG, all I need to do is add each character as I go along (NOTE: the characters drawn are very small so some fine detail may be lost in translation.)

So all you need to do is:

A. Pick a character of yours/a friend's
B. Note me with your request
c. link a basic referance (doesn't matter about detail)
and D. pick an area you'd like to be placed out of the ones listed below (i.e. Sea edge,Cliff top etc)

(Optional) if you have your own idea of what you want the chara to be doing please tell me, if not I will create a scenario myself (And I'll make it as humourous and original as I can)

Also; a limit of 2 characters per person, please

1. MEGAN ( ) Sat at the top of her structure.
2. DENVER(sp?) THE WHITE RABBIT ( ) keeping an eye on his team.


SEA EDGE: (note, there is limited space in the sea in this pick)
1. LAVENDER ROBOTNIK ( ) Crawling to shore to try and prevent the water-melon smashing.
2. KALE AND AYAKA ( at the request of ) Scimboarding
3. HALLOWEEN AND AMETHYST (as requested by ) sea-related swimsuit antics

Final note: Project ends roughly New year and if it successful enough, I may do more than one scene (so if I run out of space just ask to be put in the next one )

Hello there people... though a lot of people will either already realize this or not really care that much about it... I think it's fair to say that I've not been an overly brilliant deviant recently...
A. I've not been submitting for months.
B. I've not been commenting or faving recently.
C. I've been leaving comments for a long time before replying.
D. I've been ignoring practically all journals.
and F. the only things I every get around to commenting on are polls.

It makes me feel like a large hypocrit when I get upset about people not talking to me... either way... whether I get back to submitting art or not... I fully intend to resolve all the other issues listed above...

So I will try my level best to comment; fave, reply and read journals as much as I can from now on, regardless who it is or when (well... so long as I'm actually online.)

If you have anything to say about this (whether good or bad, I'm not bothered) feel free to tell me... but if not... fair enough, just expect to be hearing a bit more from me within the next few days.

If you haven't noticed... I haven't been online for a good long time... I can't really fet myself online too often... so until I have something worth doing on DA, i.e. something to be submitted, or something interesting to tell you... I will not be online...

Also, it is now under 3 weeks till we are in sunny old US of A, and hence just over 4 weeks until I'm being madly ed by one

So I guess that's some good news.

I have my idea for my story, but I'd still love to thank all those people who sent me their ideas They have all been a real help.

The story... though I won't tell you when it was based... it is based IN America (Yay, very original, but there IS a reason.)and is relevent to present characters in the story... it's such a dangerous and risky story that it might just have abosolutly nothing alien or futuristic in it at ALL (shock horror... and it's not from the 60s either!!!)

I also submit this, so I can FINALLY remove the old Journal about the DW event that is now well over a month and a half.
